"Pro Tech Appliance is truly a business that wants to have happy customers. Jason showed up on time and spent a lot of time educating me on the different options to fix my wine refrigerator. I ultimately decided that it wouldn't be worth trying to fix, but was blown away at how helpful he was - as compared to my typical experiences where the repair guys just want to get in and out as quickly as possible. I will definitely call Pro Tech again next time I have appliance issues. Class operation. Thanks."

"I called Red’s Appliance Repair. I did not use the virtual one. Red was courteous, professional, prompt & charged a fair price. I was very pleased."

"I'm impressed with Octagon Appliance Repair's service for fixing my Samsung refrigerator. They charged me almost 3 times less than the other companies I contacted. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and left my home tidy. I appreciated his patience in explaining the repair process and his friendliness. Overall, I'm satisfied with their outstanding customer service and would recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repairs."

"They did fine. They came and fixed what was wrong but there was another thing that was wrong that someone else had to fix but it was fine, it worked out okay. It wasn’t an oversight on their part; it was just that there was something wrong with the switch on the lid that shuts of the dryer. My wife and I eventually decided to buy a new dryer because it was just old, so we have a new one. We were pleased with what they did. One of the things I was a little bit skeptical about was their guy came in and he zeroed down on this one thing, fixed it and was out of here but he didn’t check this other switch that was out. It was not a big deal but it seemed to me that A Plus Appliance Repair has a lot of guys that works for this one guy, the fellow that you call. You call him and then he sends out the guy to you and the guy that came to our house was a real nice guy. He fixed what I had called about but he didn’t go through the whole thing and check it."

I was thrilled with the work and service.  Scott deserves kudos for a great customer service attitude and an efficient work ethic.  He is my #1 choice as electrician for any future work I need.

I had signed up for the Angies List special and let him know what I was interested in getting done.  If it ran overtime, his per hour charge was very reasonable so I was pretty sure I would end up getting the work done at a reasonable price.  (And I did.)

He was neat and tidy.  Any work that required drywall cutting or wire trimming was cleaned up when he was done.  He had drop clothes to take care of any mess.  He left the house as clean as when he arrived.

He had a great solution to a switch issue where I thought he would have to install a new junction box (which would have meant I would have a small part of wall to repair).  He installed the ceiling fan, rewired the switches, and wired up the attic fan.

The only extra I had to pay was for parts and supplies. (Which I expected - and I hope anyone who also buys that special understands that.)

He was courteous and called me the day before to confirm and the morning of to let me know of a slight snafu where he'd be a little late.  No problem and no surprises.

We communicated well.  There were no issues with the final work.  My wife and I are thrilled with the results and the way it all looks.
