"I actually had two services completed - The installation of a heat pump and a new water heater. They arrived right on time and completed both jobs in a day. Jesse and Jonathan did an excellent job. This was a 3rd-floor condo unit so the outside unit was on the roof of the 5th story, I could not have been more pleased with the outcome - a very professional and thorough job. They even relocated the thermostat to a better wall location. Very easy to work with and the most important thing to me was they obviously take a lot of pride in their work and it's always a pleasure to deal with people who do what they say. He is very meticulous, highly skilled and very professional. I had an issue with my front door while he was here. He knew exactly what to do. He went to L****s and picked up a better part than what was recommended and fixed my front door. Not only is he an excellent painter, he is also a great handyman. I will definitely be calling Victor back to paint my kitchen cabinets and some other home improvements I have on my list to do."
