"Jacob came to my house after hours to troubleshoot my oven on the day before Christmas Eve. He found the problem but didn't have it with him. He left to get the part and came back with a substitute part to get me by. He returned a week later to install the original part. He got me out of a bind on the first trip because he knew that I was cooking for Christmas dinner. It was late at night by the time he left my house. He didn't have to do what he did but I sure was happy he did. I would definitely recommend Kurtz Appliance Repair and will use him again if I have appliance issues."

"I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it.
