"Russ was terrific and super honest . Realized our problem with our dryer was not the dryer itself and diagnosed the actual problem which we consequently had fixed. Will call Sixth Sense again whenever we need a repair of any appliances."

A husband, father (2 almost 3), and a degreed Mechanical Engineer who put down the keyboard\nand picked up a hammer. I’ve owned and maintained real estate since 2015. I once owned, managed, and maintained 17 rental units and I’ve completed multiple whole home renovations. I am a New Berlin based business.

"Steve was my appliance angel so to speak. During this time of home quarantine, I anxiously needed advice on how to help repair my washer...on a Saturday, during a pandemic. Four others said they cannot help. Not only did Steve take my call and videos of the issue, look up possible solutions and call me back, tell me a link on how to repair it by myself, but he also followed up w/ a call to see if it worked! Come on...who does that anymore? Steve does. And he did it all from his phone, with kindness, no charge. Hire him."

"My overall experience was great!  I left a message with the company on a Monday morning.  They called back within five minutes and were on site that afternoon.  They ended up needing a part they did not have in stock, so they returned and finished the job on Tuesday.
From my understanding, the part that needed to be repaired basically required taking apart the entire washer (which I confirmed on the Internet).  So, considering that and the fact that the total with parts and labor was $230, I think the job was well worth the money.
Just a side note that this company, although still called Milwaukee Maytag Home Appliance Center, is a service company only...they no longer have a store.

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.

The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
