Their repairman Seth was very knowledgeable with dishwasher problems, He had the parts on hand and he was able to make the repair right away. He did have to come back to adjust the float switch on the dishwasher. He didn't charge me for making the adjustment, and when I ran the dishwasher it ran like it did when it was new. I'm very pleased and would use them again. I highly recommend Omega Force Appliance Repair!!!"

"Workers showed up on time (called when on route), were very professional, and it was obvious they had a lot of experience in doing this kind of work. They even offered suggestion(s) with regard to other appliances (washer / fireplaces) that proved to be very valuable. While they were here, they also offered to clean our two gas fireplaces at a reduced cost (since they were already on site). When cleaning our one fireplace, they pointed out that the original installer had set up the fake logs incorrectly, and that was causing a build up of soot in the fireplace and on the glass. They corrected the problem. Great work, neat (used drop cloths), efficient, and very professional. Would highly recommend."
