"Outstanding service. Left message around 2:00 on Friday afternoon. Youssef called back within a minute. We did not have an emergency, but he suggested coming out between 5-8 that night. Replaced switch to garbage disposal, and got the ice maker dispensing ice again. All done within the window of time for a very reasonable price. He was prepared to replace disposal, had a new one in his truck just in case. Also a replacement hose for ice maker per my request, but that wasn’t necessary either. But Youssef was prepared to get the job done in one shot and he did. When he was finished at our Ellicott City home, he was off to Mt. Airy to repair a washer. It was 7:30 on Friday night!
