Felt tech was not competent to do repair and wanted to let another tech do motor replacement repair at later date. This same situation happened with gas clothes dryer earlier in 2012 with untrained tech, yet I called for second appliance repair service call because they had someone available to come to home within 24 hours. Result was I called a company I trusted and had to wait 3 days for service call
but it was well worth it in terms of qualified technician and lower priced repair. I will not use Central Appliance Service again.
