"Nic did a beautiful job! Very meticulous will not do a bad job even if it takes a long time he will get it to look good. He gave me a price in the beginning and stayed with that price even though the job was so much more work than anyone ever thought, he was to rip out the rug and install the floor flat rate, but as we ripped out the rug, there was so much floor damage. That rafters had to be changed, and new plywood had to be put in Nick did it never complained he gave me one price and stayed with it. I recommend this man 100% well mannered gentleman."
