"I needed someone to take my utilitarian needs for a safe, weatherproof, predator proof, easy to clean out and aesthetically pleasing chicken coop, run and nest boxes. I didn’t have exact plans but just things it had to included. Stephan went above and beyond to make the coop so strong, I swear you could pass building code and rent it out. lol. Hi, I’m Raul, your local handyman with hands-on experience and real trade knowledge. I spent four years working in a hardware store while actively remodeling apartments, handling plumbing repairs, light electrical work, demolition, painting, fixture installation, furniture assembly, and landscaping projects. I’m also a woodworker, which means I understand materials, structure, and quality craftsmanship from the ground up.\n\nI take pride in doing things the right way, clean work, honest pricing, and clear communication. Whether it’s fixing a leak, updating a room, building custom pieces, or tackling a to-do list, I treat every home like it’s my own. If you’re looking for someone dependable, skilled, and easy to work with, I’d be happy to help bring your project to life.

Small jobs welcome

Aloha. I was in the restaurant business for 30 years. Over that time I have done many renovations to new and existing restaurants. Concurrently I was in construction and remodeling my own dwellings. During Covid I was helping out so many people with odd jobs and other tasks that friends & family encouraged me to take a chance and go into business for myself. In these challenging times I offer competitive flat rate pricing. I can do just about any home services including small remodels. I have a power washer services, lawn services and car maintenance and care services as well. As i say "Any kine work, All kine skills". Mahalo for your consideration. \nJosh

FAQs for appliance service projects in Mililani, HI

Built-in ovens install directly into your kitchen wall, creating a sleek design that maximizes your available space. They blend seamlessly with your cabinetry, eliminating bulky freestanding units. By installing a built-in oven, you save floor space and create a modern, efficient layout. This integration not only enhances your kitchen's visual appeal but also improves its overall functionality.

Oven measurements are determined by its width, height, and depth in inches. This process ensures that the appliance fits perfectly into its designated space. Accurately measuring your oven is essential to confirm that the installation area and pathways, such as doorways and hallways, can accommodate its size. Using precise dimensions guarantees a secure and effective installation that aligns with your kitchen’s design and functionality requirements.

You'll need additional construction work if your new built-in oven is a different size or type from your existing unit. Changing dimensions or style means you'll have to modify your cabinetry and countertop layout, and you might need to install new electrical outlets or gas lines. These changes ensure a secure fit and safe operation, preserving both your appliance's integrity and your kitchen design. By making these updates, you guarantee that your new oven integrates seamlessly with your space while meeting all installation and safety standards.
