"I hired Garry to repair a GE refrigerator which, as it turns out, he was unable to do after three separate service calls and installation of a bunch or replacement parts. Over my objection Garry was insistent that there would be no charge for his considerable efforts as he had failed to complete the repair. I find such ethics to be quite rare these these days. "Jimmy was knowledgeable and personable. He got the dryer cleaned thoroughly and adjusted the washer for us. Finding service for Samsungs is usually difficult but with Jimmy it wasn’t a problem. On his way out he looked at our Samsung refrigerator which has always had long standing drainage problems. He is coming back to fix that next week. High marks for JP Appliance Service."
