"Jr company made three trips to house on three seperate days. They tried several parts but failed to repair washer. We decided to buy a new washer and JR gave us a partial refund. II give them credit for trying but still did not repair unit. They wanted to try another part but by that time we gave up and cancelled repair. We were out $ 150.00 for there service call"

"JR Quality Appliance Service gets five stars from us. Not only was our dish washer repaired and back in service, it was done so without an exorbitant bill for parts that were not needed. We were given tips and ideas for using the dishwasher correctly that we were not doing. We highly recommend their company."

"We had them for repairing our appliance. Many many thanks to Roy from Neli Virtual Appliance Repair."

"Don is very knowledgeable of the appliances he works on. I trust his talent and opinions on what should be done to correct any problems with the appliance. He is the only appliance repair service that responded to my call within 24 hours. Any other one I tried would have a week or two wait time before they would come out. I found a new appliance repair guy in Don. I will without a doubt call Don should I need any other repairs."

"They sent a message and asked if they could call. Still waiting to hear from them, but would be glad to have that second estimate company give me a call, if you don't have a phone number for me to call Mark Appliance with."

"Excellent! Easy to reach (I called them right away) They were able to come out the next day and Vick arrived within the allotted time slot. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and skilled. He explained the problems thoroughly and was able to quote based on the 'blue book of appliance repair prices' (Who knew it existed), so I knew it was fair and above board. He also showed me how the equipment was failing so I could see it was not a hoax! I would trust this company explicitly and definitely hire them again for my appliance repair needs!"

"He was very professional he was on time and he assembled my items in a timely manner and I would definitely definitely hire him again"

"They did an excellent job installing new lights in my garage. Cleaned up and removed the old fixtures."

"Always great service no matter the need. could not ask for a more professional. Ryan is the best."

"Frankie was very thorough with this work. He has done many different jobs for us. One was a custom computer table that was 4 foot tall 2 1/2 feet wide by 3 foot long and it was custom to the corner that it needed to be placed in a room and then he veneer it itâ  s absolutely amazing and put up pictures fix screens. Thereâ  s nothing that I have asked him to do that he hasnâ  t been able to accomplish and heâ  s very neat and clean when he does it."
