"Was contacted after buying the voucher and asked them to come a check out my dishwasher. They sent someone while we were out - informing us by email that they were coming shortly before the visit - but we did not get the message. We got them to come back but each time they used email for communication. It seemed too much trouble to pick up the phone or even send a text. When the technician arrived he came in and started work on the drier in the laundry. We pointed out it was the dishwasher and he got to work on the right appliance. He found the problem and also found a leak that we were not aware of. He gave us the price and ordered the parts. About three days later he came back with the parts - again we were out and had to rearrange by email communication. Eventually the parts wee fitted and everything works well."
