"Jim responded to my call for help with disconnecting appliances and installing new ones. He was prompt and willing to problem solve. He worked around my delivery schedule and was very considerate throughout. There s still a chance he will need to return because the big box stores will not promise any more than delivery. They fixed my blown outlet, confirmed power to an appliance that a different repair person said had no electricity, and checked the electrical panel. They then went beyond and wrote a note to satisfy my home warranty company's request so that another repair person could come out. Extremely happy with their service and will definitely use them again."

"David added a beautiful shower to our basement area (took care of everything), created a wall and custom made a beautiful door for the utilities area, made a doggy door and helped us put together a small fenced in area with pet turf in our backyard. He takes care of his customers very well and gives them itemized receipts so you know what you are spending on. Not only does he make sure things function as they should, but keeps the esthetics in mind and does a great job at whatever he does! He gives you good suggestions and finds things that are reasonably priced for your projects. Overall, his service is OUTSTANDING. I have already recommended him to two of my friends and we wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend him to others as well. We could not have asked for anyone better. Thanks David!"

"I like the way he does business. The hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Hector arrived at the house, examined the water heater, and then explained to me my options for replacement. He then went to Loweâ s for the water heater and parts necessary to complete the job. Loweâ s called me for payment. He had respect for the property. The water heater was installed quickly and properly. Highly recommend Alpha & Omega construction."
