Sunday received a text message setting up a virtual video chat for noon on Monday with an Omega Master Technician. "Workers showed up on time (called when on route), were very professional, and it was obvious they had a lot of experience in doing this kind of work. They even offered suggestion(s) with regard to other appliances (washer / fireplaces) that proved to be very valuable. While they were here, they also offered to clean our two gas fireplaces at a reduced cost (since they were already on site). When cleaning our one fireplace, they pointed out that the original installer had set up the fake logs incorrectly, and that was causing a build up of soot in the fireplace and on the glass. They corrected the problem. Great work, neat (used drop cloths), efficient, and very professional. Would highly recommend."
