"I needed an appliance installed under the kitchen cabinets at a house I own. A request for proposals was developed and issued thru the Home Advisor online search services. Three responses for the project came in. I was able to make contact with River City Maintenance and spoke to the lead person, Shawn. He responded to my needs to get this project moving forward. We were able to come to a tentative agreement on price and scheduled a time to get started the next day. He and his assistant arrived the next day on time to the project location. These guys got busy right away and completed the job in less than an hour. When finished they cleaned up the area they were working in and volunteered to discard all shipping and packing contents the appliance came in. They were very courteous, professional and business like. I definitely would consider using them again if the opportunity presents itself. Thank you River City Maintenance for a job well done!"
