"Both refrigerators broke and food was wasting. On a Friday afternoon no one else was willing to come. Aviv appliance responded and came on a Saturday morning. ( They do not generally work on Saturday but they responded ) The technician fixed temporarily one of the refrigerators could hold food till the parts came. Parts came within a few days and everything was fixed promptly and well. They even fixed a door of a dishwasher which didn't seem to bother me much but makes it work better now. Very satisfied."
