"Issue: 20 month old refrigerator freezer does not maintain temperature. Auto defrost not working. Placed a service call and it was returned in 15 minutes by the receptionist. Told that the mechanic would call me in the morning to setup a time to diagnose it that day. Mark showed up at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts & would call when they arrived. This was late Friday & parts arrived by Monday. He came 8 AM Tuesday, installed 2 parts & was done in 1 hour. Fast reliable service, worked quickly & efficiently. Mark is professional & courteous. Good communication & follow up.
