I had a cracked glass cooktop that needed to be replaced. Not only did he sell me a top-of-the-line cooktop for such a great price, he came out after regular business hours (I work full-time in the Medical Center) to install it. He's very polite, respectful, and treats his customers as if they are family. He and his son-in-law did a marvelous job! I very highly recommend James Archer and Archer Appliances."
