"Called on a Saturday at 6:20 am he answered the phone I explained my LG dryer was taking too long to drive.  He walked me through a couple steps I could try on my own if that didn't fix it to call him back and he would come out.   Amazing customer service in this day and age.  If there was a higher rating I would give it to this merchant.

My wife and I were scheduled to close on the sale of our home on January 14th. We found out a few days before that there was leaking gas line outside. I contacted ACE who has performed work for us in the past, and which I might add was handled exceptionally well. On short notice the support staff make it possible to get the gas leak corrected in a matter of days so that our closing could proceed as scheduled. I cannot begin to express what a wonderful experience it was to work with everyone at ACE. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The individuals who performed the work were thorough and kept me informed as work progressed. And finally, once the work was completed, the area which was quite muddy due to rain was completely cleaned. To conclude, you cannot go wrong using ACE.

Licensed appliance installation experts install gas appliances safely and correctly. Licensed HVAC specialists and plumbers handle gas lines, secure connections, and verify that installations meet safety standards.

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.

The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.

When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models.
