"Went great! Anthony texted ahead of arrival with eta. He showed up on schedule, was very professional and gave great advice while checking out various possibilities for the problem. Ultimately due to the dishwasher being over 5 years old and no simple solution, we decided it would not be cost effective to undertake the major repairs that solving the problem would entail.
