This same situation happened with gas clothes dryer earlier in 2012 with untrained tech, yet I called for second appliance repair service call because they had someone available to come to home within 24 hours. Result was I called a company I trusted and had to wait 3 days for service call
but it was well worth it in terms of qualified technician and lower priced repair. I will not use Central Appliance Service again.
