"How to evaluate? Don't know. Wouldn't know if it was a great appraisal or not so great. Don't have the report and even if I did, I wouldn't know other than what the appraiser told me. Always try to be fair with these surveys but the questions are unanswerable, i.e., would you recommend? Nobody's going to ask me to recommend an appraiser so how do I answer?"
