"Bryant Kitchens of The Appraisal Source performed a Real Estate Appraisal on my house in Garland, Texas. He contacted me very quickly and was able to do the appraisal very quickly as well. Bryant was thorough, efficient and professional. He gave me a verbal report as well as a written report and was helpful with information and experience I needed for my protest of my home taxes. His information and report was very detailed and helpful in my quest to give proper valuation to the Dallas Central Appraisal Board. Although the DCAD did not accept just the paperwork that I scanned and sent in on my home valuation, the report and information was extremely useful at my protest hearing. I highly recommend Bryant Kitchens as an appraiser."
