"Great. I had 2 engineers look at my foundation already and another repair firm. The first repair firm said I needed piers. Then an independent engineer said i could probably do well just installing root barriers. Then another engineer looked at it 12 mos later and said I needed 13 piers. Then A1 came out and was such a delight to talk to. They recommended 12 piers but said I can wait and see if it will resolve itself with watering and root management. They offered to come back to re-evaluate once I had better moisture management. They had better advice and insight for free than the 2nd engineer, who seemed like he was going to get a commission for recommending some work for firms. I definitely trusted A1 more.
