Get matched with top architects/engineers in Bangor, PA

I have been a licensed architect since 1988, practicing in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In 2005, I launched my own firm with emphasis on single family and multi-family residential design, commercial building design and fit-out and institutional design for public entities with a focus on administrative and justice projects. I have a wide and deep range of experience with residential, commercial and institutional clients. I work well with clients, developers, builders and construction managers. I understand the process and value of the primary project delivery methods including design-bid-build and design-build. Stylistically, my philosophy is to fit in with the local style, while maintaining integrity and fluidity of design. Architectural heroes: Frank Lloyd Wright, Louis Kahn, Frank Furness, Henry Hobson Richardson.

"I had a great experience working with Glenwood Engineering LLC. I was in the process of selling my home and the buyer's mortgage company was requiring a structural engineer to certify the home was structurally sound as the joists in the basement had some previous termite damage. An engineer was able to come out in less than a week and although the initial report indicated some repairs that would be necessary everything needed was clearly stated. I was able to get a contractor to come do the repairs and Glenwood Engineering LLC was able to send the engineer out for a reinspection only two days after the repairs were complete. The customer service was outstanding and thanks to how quickly they were able to send an engineer out both for inspection and for reinspection we were able to close on time. I would definitely use their services again."

"A pencil drawing with the dimensions would be helpful. The deeds are written in legal and specific engineering terms that look like you need to be a surveyor to understand. I work in the chemical field with a chemistry degree and still find it confusing as to what boundary goes where."

"Evolution Drafting did a great job modifying my existing plans and updating for Arizona codes and took care of the structural engineering as well."
