Get matched with top architects/engineers in Atlanta, GA

"I hired Stephan when I noticed some cracks in my brickwork and was worried about foundation issues. He responded to my inquiry quickly and came out within a week. He did a thorough inspection and recommended some cosmetic repairs. He also promptly sent an official post-inspection report. It's hard to find a structural engineer in Atlanta, so I was pleased Home Advisor was able to connect me with Stephan, who I would definitely use again."

"They were very prompt and gave quick service. I asked if they could do a quick inspection for me and we initially agreed on a week later since that was most convenient for me. The following day, on a Saturday they reached out to me and said they'd be in the neighborhood if that worked well for my schedule, which it did. I was able to get help very quickly whereas another company was estimating at least a 3 week wait time just for someone to come do a simple inspection."

"Sami is a skilled, detailed, and creative architect. He is sensitive to client requirements and anticipates city building codes and the entire city review process of projects. We will use him for the detailed construction plans for our project s second phase."

"I did hire them, but I cannot make any changes to this! Extremely thorough. Davis Engineering/Surveying, LLC even made sure one of my neighbors boundary markers was clear and concise, as we did not share that part as a property boundary line and my neighbor thanked us both for taking it an extra step. He also took steps to explain my particular terrain, how the county marked it and how the builders landscaped into green space, making an assumption that this was my boundary line. Prompt and friendly too."

"We have just begun our experience with Big Block Design but we are already feeling confident about our project."

"It started with a retaining wall under our patio room. The wall has been leaning outward over the years (scary) since it is under a room in our house. I got a few bids and not only did I like Eric the best (he made me feel like this was an easily doable job vs. a "big problem" like a competitor made it sound. Turns out the wall was not built exactly right so they dug it out and rebuilt it correctly. We were so happy that I decided to ask Eric about some other unsightly areas that we weren't sure what to do with. He immediately suggested some excellent solutions (fieldstone patio extension and knee walls). So we went ahead with it and are thrilled with the result. The photos (some before and after) are not the best but hopefully you can see the scope of work. Lots of labor involved."

"I had two retaining walls updated from wood to stone and they both turned out wonderful. The design, installation and workmanship were all excellent. Additionally, I had some general landscaping done. They are great communicators and a pleasure to work with."

"If you need some CAD/Revit work done then these are the guys! Good communication, good skills, good work. as an experienced builder, i would recommend without reservation."
