"100% Reccomend to anyone who needs a structural enginner. Chris is best structural engineer I have ever met! Valid license with the city so knows the code and standards. I needed him to verify what a previous structural engineer said was all cosmetic fire damage, in a home I was considering buying, was actually a huge strutural damage that needed full replacement of 8 joists and reconstruction of the entire shingle roof. He crawls into the crawlspaces and gets to every detail. Fun fact, biggest problem is usually moisture and that is actually bad drainage, so if youre reading this check where the water goes from your gutter spouts and hope its going 15ft away from your home. I highly recomend his services for any structural enginnering concerns, aka your attics/roof your beams/joists, and your crawlspace/basement. Any cracks inside your house as well."

"We partnered with Studio Z on two separate projects and found their work to be excellent. They provided thorough, detailed drawings and responded to any deadlines or changes with a rapid turnaround. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend them highly."

"Very talented does great work , was very easy to have adjustments to my plans would highly recommend him"

"In the spring of 2024, I started on a project to add a porch to the front of my house. Tucker gave good advice on surveying the lot before working on the design. Looking at my house and the other houses on the street, he should have realized that a $50,000 porch would not make economic sense. I wish he would have talked me in another direction. Some of the features I requested were not on the initial drawing, nor was there a description of the materials. I assumed he did not take good notes at our initial meeting. They are poor estimators of their timer requirements. Quality of drawings was good. I wish Tucker would have talked me out of a porch addition at our initial meeting. I would have been happy to pay him for the time he spent. My full review is on my blog at { removed link}"

"A.C. was great - he provided a written estimate via email and was able to schedule and complete the work in a timely manner. The results were outstanding too! Our flower beds have never looked better. We contacted him again to do some additional landscaping and brush removal along our property line in preparation for fence installation."

"I would recommend ARC to anyone that needs their land surveyed! Professional, timely, easy to work with and did exactly what I needed. Austin answered any questions I had and made me feel confident with my decision to go with ARC."

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."

"Yes, the work was done excellent with very good craftsmanship and respectful men. They have finished yet, but the work which is done is highly commendable."

"Matthew gave me professional advice while I was reviewing possible house purchases. A wise investment."
