He did a very good co-ordination with the Fremont city building approval team and able to get the permit approved on time. He even took care of a special requirement that came up in our case that mandated a special inspection on removing the load bearing wall. The way how they did concrete an the amount of rebars they use I knew at that time this concrete stays here for a very long time!
