"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. I highly recommend Richard and iCornerstone for any of your needs."

"Top-Notch firm. The gentlemen who performed the survey were very professional and efficient. Provided an overview of what they were going to do, staked our entire odd lot, and then walked the property line with me to explain the excentricities of the lot. Excellent service for the price. Received 3 copies of surveyed plot about a week later in the mail.

"This young man has great ideas and helps you design a dream room. He was one of few that got back to me in a timely manner . Which is very impressive because most companies take their time . He is fast and efficient in doing his plans . His price for the finished product was very reasonable unlike other companies. I would definitely recommend M. Kinne Architectural Drawings, LLC"

"We ended needing a lot more work, so they didn't actually do the work and we got refunded. And then we needed to get a quote from them for insurance purposes and there wasn't really any follow up. Our insurance company wanted to talk to them and negotiate and then we didn't hear anything after that. I don't have any complaints it's just that they wouldn't do any small repairs cause they said that the roof needed a lot more."

"Guzman was very helpful and knowledgeable in designing what was need for the permitting process and construction. I would recommend his very highly. I've been working with him for over twenty years. He is my goto architect."

"This was my first time working with an architect. Michal made the process of rebuilding my 2300+sf condo a fun and exciting one. He worked seamlessly with my general contractor and interior designer. They both commented on how pleasant it was to work with him, how quickly he returned their calls or emails and helped them resolve unexpected issues. They both plan to recommend him to their other clients. This was truly a Five Star experience!"
