"I'm happy to give Scott my strongest positive recommendation. Our project went quite smoothly, staying on schedule thanks to the fact that my office is in the house and Scott's commitment to providing a foreman. This enabled us to make decisions quickly and address problems promptly. Scott and his crew showed a lot of creativity in meeting our requirement to stay in the house during the renovation, to the extent of setting up a temporary kitchen and shower in the basement. In the end, we only had to be out of the house for about a week. He was also very good about coordinating with our architect and the cabinetmaker that we selected ourselves. Having heard a few horror stories of renovation cost overruns, I think we also did well in this respect. Our final figure was about 10% more than the initial estimate due to the kind of unforeseen issues that can be expected on any such project, along with a few changes that we ordered. The level of detail Scott provides in his constantly updated spreadsheet also helped us to make some decisions that reduced our cost."

"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. I highly recommend Richard and iCornerstone for any of your needs."

"Contacted them in march, they were quick to get back to me to see the job and make a proposal. I wanted steel rather than the more common laminated wood beam, they were happy to accomodate this. I had to clear all my stuff out of the basement so that they could work, this delayed my acceptance of the contract until I finished . When they began it took about a 2 weeks to complete. They first put up 2 tempoary support walls, removed the basement staircase and put it off to one side, then poured the footings for the post. When the concrete was ready it took 1 day to lift in the beam and put the post under it. A great improvement over what was there when i bought the house.

October 2015, I am still pleased with the steel beam."

"Every project we have done with Classical Homes has been an excellent experience. The design aspects have been substantial, and have been executed by the architect with attention paid both to the aesthetics and to the functionality of the space. Time was taken to listen to our input, and to incorporate our thoughts into the final design when appropriate. The builder supervisor likewise oversaw the work of his sub contractors with care and concern, and proceeded in an efficient and orderly manner. Costs were outlined in advance, and contingencies provided for. Both of these professionals at Classical Homes were committed to the highest possible standards. We would have no hesitancy in using use them again should opportunities arise."

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"The scope of work was reasonably priced. Garcia's work and service was above average, very professional and very efficient. I would definitely hire them again in the future."

"I have worked with over a dozen A-rated companies on Angie's List, and the Narrow Lane is my favorite. We have worked with them consistently for over 5 years. They are reliable, diligent, and very talented. I have spoken many times with the crew members and know that the Narrow Lane pays fair wages and respects all labor and finance laws. Here is a story: when heavy snow tipped one of our giant arborvitae over, the snowplow crew noticed. Before we even asked for help, the owner of the Narrow Lane was on site to assess the problem. His crew righted the tree immediately and saved its root system, also saving us a lot of money. The company has the intimacy of a small business, but I have been surprised by the breadth of their capabilities. They have a landscape architect with decades of experience. Many of the team members have a deep knowledge of botany. They have heavy equipment and take care of stonework and landscape lighting. If you hire the Narrow Lane for snow removal, the operations director will send you an email before EVERY winter storm discussing the forecast and the company's plan for your property. You can call or email them at any time to modify the plan based on your needs, for example, your work schedule. In summary, the Narrow Lane is a high-performing company that adheres to its principles and will take very good care of you and your property!"

"On time, on budget and excellent workmanship. Subcontractors we're top notch, especially their electrician who went the extra mile and then some to satisfy. Will definitely call them first for next project."

"Tim was fantastic. We live out of state and we felt so comfortable and confident that he and his staff could handle the whole house renovations. Tim went above and beyond his role of contractor. He understood the issues that we needed to get the house in shape and quickly to get it sold. We would not hesitate to hire him again."

"I want to sincerely thank and highly recommend Marco Polo home Builder! While I was selling my house, the buyer’s inspector believed the attic needed repairs. One company quoted me a staggering $15,000. Thankfully, I had a general contractor from MP home Builder come take a look. He spent a lot of time carefully inspecting the attic and determined that it actually met all the requirements — there was only a small issue that needed to be fixed. They only charged $600! From $15,000 to $600 — that’s not just a price difference, it’s a clear example of honesty, integrity, and professionalism. MP home Builder doesn't lie or exaggerate just to make money. They are genuine, responsible, and truly care about doing the right thing. In today's world, a company like this is incredibly rare. What’s more, MP home Builder also does HVAC, furnace, electrical, and other types of work, and their prices are much more reasonable than other companies I’ve dealt with. If you're looking for a company that is honest, detail-oriented, fair in pricing, and trustworthy, this company is absolutely the one to hire!"
