"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. I highly recommend DM Building, and would be happy to discuss their work further with anyone who is looking for a custom home builder or looking to embark on a large remodel project. "I had the pleasure of working with Leslie Andersen on two separate projects: an ADU and a Guest House. I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional experience we had from start to finish. First and foremost, her quick response time was truly impressive. Every query was met with prompt, detailed answers, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was clear that Leslie values their clients' time and prioritizes effective communication. As for the projects themselves, the results exceeded my expectations. The ADU design is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, blending seamlessly with the existing structures while adding a fresh touch. The guest house is equally crafted with attention to detail and a clear understanding of our needs and preferences. The professionalism, creativity, and efficiency displayed throughout were remarkable. I highly recommend Leslie to anyone seeking a top-notch architecture. Her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction truly sets her apart. Thank you for making our vision a reality!"

"They did an outstanding job with my home remodel! From the start, they quickly understood my needs and provided timely updates. Their guidance helped me find the right solutions for my project, making the entire process smooth and efficient. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them again!"

"We did a full remodel of our place, full new kitchen, and expanded our place into the backyard for a new master suite. Pac Sands did a really great job with our designs. Great tools that made the communication easy with the plans and changes we needed. And they handled the engineering and permitting too, which was great. Highly recommend."

"Kent at C&H was able to do everything I asked and suggested more that improved my project. He took my vision and made it reality. His staff was very knowledgeable and everything was done quickly."

"After meeting with several contractors, I met Ryan and instinctually knew he was the right choice. In fact it was the best decision. I purchased a place that needed a remodel badly. We had a limited time and budget to do everything. Not only did he and his team finish on time and budget, the remodel turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. Ryan and his team realized an even better version of my vision. He was a great collaborator, figuring out how and enhancing my ideas and always mindful of the cost. I will work with Ryan and his team again. I highly recommend him."

"Finally, after using three different companies, I talked to Luis at Brothers Landscape and they did not disappoint. I wish I found them 5 years ago and saved myself a lot of headache (and money from failed front yard landscape attempts). They weren't the cheapest (nor the most expensive), but his ideas were very creative and now that the job is complete, we are so happy with the result. Luis had to do some extra work to fix the other company's mess, but he did it superbly and we couldn't be happier. I get all kinds of compliments from neighbors and even delivery drivers tell us how much they like the design. Luis was very professional and what he said he would do, he did it. His communication skills were top notch as well. I always knew what was going on with the project and if there were any delays (I was left in the dark from other companies). I will definitely be using this company again for some work in the backyard because I know the work is well worth the money spent. Save yourself time and money from searching for your landscape company and give Luis a call. You will not be disappointed."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Evolution Drafting did a great job modifying my existing plans and updating for Arizona codes and took care of the structural engineering as well."

"Marco and Luis are clearly professionals in their work -- experienced, timely and cooperative. I have a second job I have asked them to bid on."
