"I hired Stephan when I noticed some cracks in my brickwork and was worried about foundation issues. He responded to my inquiry quickly and came out within a week. He did a thorough inspection and recommended some cosmetic repairs. He also promptly sent an official post-inspection report. It's hard to find a structural engineer in Atlanta, so I was pleased Home Advisor was able to connect me with Stephan, who I would definitely use again."

"Magdiel was truly a pleasure to work with and we are thoroughly grateful for his review of our home. I had many concerns and he looked at and addressed them all. He never made us feel rushed even though he came on a Saturday morning. He was even kind enough to suggest we not pay for the report as he didn't feel it was necessary. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a structural engineer."

"He is such a great guy and he was very thorough. He provided explanations for his results and actually gave me an understanding of what is involved in surveying. Honestly, until then, I couldn't understand why surveying is pricey, but now I totally get it. I highly recommend him - he's professional, knowledgeable and a great guy!"
