"We loved working with Dwight! We have had the opportunity to work with him on both residential (our home) and commercial projects and couldn't be happier with the results. At home, he helped us to make our dream a reality. His designs were creative and well thought-out and his consultations before and during the construction were VERY helpful. We hope to work with him again soon!"

"Contacted SJW to do a structural analysis on a cantilever balcony I was adding to my home. The analysis was required by the Livingston County Building Commission. Even though I was just a homeowner and probably will never require a structural engineer in the future, Steven treated me with respect. We spent a lot of time on the phone going over my prints and options to achieve my goal. Steven was very informative and knowledgeable. What a great experience and people to work with⠦⠦ Thanks Steven!!!!!!"

"Best for the money and very fast."

"Mike was very professional and took his time to understand what we wanted to accomplish. His attention to detail was second to none. Mike is a reasonably priced high quality architect. I would recommend mike to anyone who is looking for a high quality certified architectural project to be completed in a timely manor. Thank you Mike great job. B"

"Overall I had a very positive experience with LDS. I needed to hire a surveyor when I discovered the boundary lines were incorrect during the process of liquidating my parents estate. I contacted David White, who was very quick at responding to my phone calls, as well as my texts. The guys sent out to the site were polite and finished the survey quickly. The one critique I have is that they need to improve in their turn around time to get the survey documents to the customer quicker. I realize that many companies are short staffed and loaded with work. When I did receive the drawings and legal descriptions, they were well done and exactly what I needed. Thank you, Denise K."

"Both the general contractor and the installers were professional and friendly. John was great about keeping us up to date on all details and issues that came up and/or needed to be addressed. They were great to work with and I would recommend them to a friend."

"Evolution Drafting did a great job modifying my existing plans and updating for Arizona codes and took care of the structural engineering as well."

"They came and did a professional job, and I would hire them again."

"Vic did an OUTSTANDING job on our front landscaping!! He was professional, punctual, respectful and helped us with landscaping design. It turned out sooo good that we asked him to come back for a 2nd job on the side of our house ( garden area). Our neighbors were impressed too and he also did work for many of our neighbors."

"Amazing! Just look at the pictures. They did it right, and made sure every single detail was perfect. All my neighbors came out to watch what an amazing job they were doing, even neighbors I've never spoken to before."
