"As owner/designer/builder, I hired Mark to validate the structural design of an atypical home on the Sandy River with challenging structural details. Mark also supported me during the building review process as part of his bid. The plans went through the county review first pass with no changes. After the start of construction, Mark advised on inspection issues and as built issues that came up allowing the project to move without delays. Even though he was on vacation, he responded to my requests during construction. The only improvement I would suggest is a bit more one on one collaboration early on to be on same page conceptually but with the pandemic and heavy client load in todays building environment, to be fare, that is a challenge for all engineers and my project was an oddity. I would use Mark again on a future house. He has integrity and that's number one."

"I Highly Recommend Kent Cannon Enterprises, I hired Kent to provide a drawing and plan for adding a large basement window which would meet code and get us a permit. After having several contractors give me multiple views and conflicting information it was great getting a clear and confirming answer to my questions. It was also very important to me that his answers matched what the county permit office said which was a big boost in confidence after receiving so many conflicting opinions. Kent was also the only designer/ engineer that called me back in a timely manner, scheduled the appointment for the next business day and prepared the plan days in advance of when it was promised. The cost was well under what I had budgeted for a design. He didn't' waste any time and I knew exactly what I was getting for the money. His services, cost, and value far exceeded our expectations. Kent has been available to discuss and talk through any questions we've had as we get all parts of this project in place. In all this was a wonderful experience and I will be recommending Kent to anyone in need of a designer, whether it's home building, an addition, or like us, a small project. Highly Recommend."

I couldn’t even tell where the work was done. He moved my sprinkler heads and added one. I will hire them again in the future for sure. Price was very competitive. He was very professional. "Israel and his team were great to work with and I am really happy with both of the projects they competed for me. They replaced an old, failing retaining wall with a beautiful stone retaining wall with a French drain behind it. I showed Israel pictures of what I wanted it to look like and his team did an amazing job making my vision a reality. They were careful with my existing plants and landscaping and went above and beyond by moving and repotting a shrub that I was unable to move by myself before the work began. They also replaced parts of my backyard that had been removed by neighbors and built a beautiful new fence and gate out of cedar. They did an amazing job matching the style of the existing fence and my yard looks so much better now. I am so happy with everything and I would work with GI Landscaping again anytime!"
