"We had a great experience working with Pat. We had a large remodel of an early 1920s home where we wanted to update but maintain the traditional character. Pat worked within our budget and land requirements while also maximizing our wants and making the space functional. She listened to us, while also guiding us in our options. She also worked well with our contractor and engineer. Would highly recommend and will use again on future projects."

"I had a very positive experience with LEI Engineering & Surveying. The people I worked with in their office were professional, helpful, and responsive to my questions. The surveyors that came out to the job were great too. They explained what they were going to do, completed the work in a timely fashion and did a final walkdown with me to explain their findings."

"We had an excellent experience with Miguel and his team at Sherpa! From the design and estimate process to the project work and the final product, we were beyond pleased. It is an amazing transformation of our space, and we would happily recommend Miguel and Sherpa Landscape Construction. The attention to detail and finished product is stunning! They maintained a clean jobsite and left our property spotless after their work was complete. If I could give 6 stars I would!"

"Explained in detail why they could not give me a structured engineering stamp for my China metal building kit. Very professional."

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."

"Their work was incredible! Great creativity and communication was super easy. Their designs speak for themselves and I was extremely happy with the work product."

"I work with quite a few different contractors; and, they certainly have outshined the other contractors!"
