"Richard is a wonderful person to work with. Great communication and very easy going. He knows his stuff! He was able to accomodate the design needed for additions in my 1949 Cape Cod style home, as well as redesign on the interior. He lived more than an hour away, but was willing to travel out to my home for measurements! This was a huge plus. He was able to coordinate the printing of blueprints, so I could pay for them and have them sent to my home, since he lived a distance away. I would highly recommend him to anyone, in need of an architect, for a project, on an older home. He was such a pleasure to work with!"

"Excellent. A crew of two arrived within a couple of days to initiate work, returned the following week to complete the survey within the day. A few days later, three copies of certified plot plans arrived in the mail along with the invoice."

"Brad is very understanding and he is friendly. He is very good when architect and engineer comes."

"Stan (Stas) was prompt and efficient. He provided useful advice in the project. We received an interim report which allowed our Architect to comment before the final stamped report was issued. Happy to recommend Berdi Consulting."

"This contractor was punctual accurate and accomplished everything he said he would do in the timeframe he said he would do it. I would definitely recommend this contractor to anyone that needed an engineer."

"Luis is a true professional and helped make the renovation process easy for the general contractor and myself. All of the phases were explained in depth. The open concept is what I desired and I appreciate his attention to details. I highly recommend Luis if you need a professional architect"

"Phil and team were awesome. They were very responsive and we felt like we got a quality install for a very fair price."

"He knows engineering. I would recommend him."

"This young man has great ideas and helps you design a dream room. He was one of few that got back to me in a timely manner . Which is very impressive because most companies take their time . He is fast and efficient in doing his plans . His price for the finished product was very reasonable unlike other companies. I would definitely recommend M. Kinne Architectural Drawings, LLC"

"I needed my entryway stairs and porches replaced due to age. I found MMP Construction here on Angie’s list, and contacted them through the website. Matt, the owner, called me back the next day and we arranged a time for him to come and give me an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and emailed me the estimate the next day. When I hired him, he told me upfront that it would be a while before he could start due to an ongoing project he was working on. I appreciated that. When the time came for him to start, there were some delays, mainly weather related, and he was very conscientious about calling me and letting me know what was going on and when to expect them. Although the project took longer than I expected to be finished, I am very happy with the finished product. Matt is excellent at communication. He took care of all permits, and arranged all inspections. His crew was always on time. They did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done, and the finished project was fantastic. I would definitely recommend MMP Construction, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future."
