"The work Erdelyi associates did is great, but communication and timeliness were lacking. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact throughout the project - it just seems my project was handed off from one person to the next with no continuity and I had to proactively reach out for updates."

"Richard was really great. I hope to continue forward and contract him to do our home improvement ,expansion plans."

"Alpha was professional and efficient in getting our earthquake retrofit done and they knew how to work with the earthquake brace+bolt program smoothly. We were very pleased with their work and would recommend them."

"After having remodeled our kitchen several years ago, we had KN remodel our master bathroom. Great guidance, from the construction stuff we don't understand to the aesthetic discussions we much appreciate. Done on time, and with great clarity around the billing. And the crew was great -- neat, thoughtful, on time, helpful. A big thumbs up."

"Encore builders are a top tier company!! Brandon and oz own the company - they donâ t send out salespeople who are just trying to get you to sign a contract. You can tell they are organized and professional. They came out to give me a quote and I knew right away theyâ re legit. They immediately answered my questions and explained the whole process to me. I was looking to upgrade my backyard by putting in some artificial turf. They recommended a specific kind and we also ended up putting a fire pit. We also built a barbecue area as we love to host. It doesnâ t even look like the same backyard anymore. Their staff and crew are all attentive and accommodating. They arrived on time and worked with my schedule. My neighbors didnâ t even notice work was being done. They parked their cars respectfully and cleaned up after themselves. All in all im very happy. Well done encore builders."

"I have worked with many designers over the years, but few with Steve talent and patience to create the perfect design for the project, very happy with all projects he has done for me."

"The job is done in one day, quickly and neatly. I recommend them."

"Tom is wonderfully easy to work with and excelled at helping us realize our vision. Of course, he steered us away from the kinds of mistakes an amateur might make and offered suggestions for things we would not have thought of. We were thrilled with the finished design and Tom s attention to detail both before and during construction on our Santa Barbara, CA home."

"Jeromes extensive experience with business TI projects made him the perfect choice for our needs. Hiring him was one of the best decisions we could have made. His exceptional skill, combined with his genuine kindness and honesty, truly set him apart. Culver City presents its fair share of challenges, particularly with the citys responsiveness, but Jerome and his team went above and beyond. They consistently communicated with the city on our behalf, advocating tirelessly to expedite the permit process and relieve so much of the stress on our end. Jerome dedication and professionalism are unmatched, and his commitment to his clients is evident in every step of the process. If you are looking for an architect with top-tier expertise who truly cares about his clients success, look no further. Jerome is simply the best!"

"Leo was very helpful and quick to respond. We’re happy with how our 2 bathrooms turned out. Project was completed within the time promised. Our only complaint is that the workers did not clean up very well. But overall, we’re satisfied and we’ll use them again."
