"Designer Lifestyles delivered what we agreed to and performed the work in the exact time frame in which they said they would. They arrived on the designated day, the job took one day less than they said it might, and the final product looks great. I am not sure they are the very cheapest but they guaranteed their work and I trust that if there were an issue, they would resolve it. When the project was done, the crew cleaned up all of the floors and removed all of their trash.

We really appreciate the very clear, itemized estimate that they provided. The estimate broke down each aspect of the work and we were able to select the items we wanted to do ourselves. It turned out that we moved all of the furniture and caulked the shoe mould so we did not pay for those items.  When we were settling the final payment on the day that the work was completed, I explained about that we moved the furniture and the cost per l.f. for the shoe moulding should be reduced. The person I spoke with said he would check with Jon and follow up. He sent me a revised final bill the next day with the reductions due to the work we did. I was pleased that there was no hassle or push back on the final cost. They did exactly what they said they would do."

"Pedro was very helpful. I plan on remodeling my house and adding an addition. I called several other structural engineers and none of them really could help me or guide me in the right direction of how to move forward in the process. This is is my first time taking on a project like this so Iâ m a little lost on the steps to move forward. Pedro walked me through the process and told me what I need to do get started and advised me on what walls were load bearing and provided solutions to walls that were load bearing that I potentially want to remove. Iâ m just waiting on an Architect and I look forward to working with the architect and PJM to make the home of my dreams."

"Structural engineer came by to confirm if wall was non-load bearing as suspected. Confirmed, can now move on with my project."

"Warren Barry drafted the plans for our residential assisted living facility, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He treated the project like his own ? communicative, responsive, and consistently ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. What set Warren apart was how he engaged with our vision. He understood our goals and translated them into thoughtful, well-executed plans, while offering smart suggestions that went beyond architecture into the business side of the project. After working with him, Warren is the only architect we feel comfortable scaling our business with. As we open additional facilities, we have full confidence he can deliver the same quality and partnership at every stage. If you want an architect who is talented, dependable, and genuinely invested in your success, hire Warren. Five stars, without hesitation."

"The best company in the area if you need landscaping, I recommended"
