"We've never done a remodel before. We live in a high-rise and needed to update our kitchen, put in some pocket doors, and a laundry closet. We thought we needed an architect to give us ideas and the structural parameters within which we needed to work. We bought the Big Deal for an architectural consult. Mr. Madeiros was very professional and offered us a few ideas. He is relatively new to the Denver area and wasn't sure if we needed permits for the work we wanted to do. He called the city for us, which was helpful. He gave us drawings of what we had described and his added idea. It ended up that we didn't need his services as we discovered that general contractor could do what we needed. We had the building and unit floor plans and lots of our own ideas, having done a lot of research. I think if you were going to create something out of nothing, his services would be more helpful.

"From the start I knew Ryan was the right person, because he called me, the only one of the engineers that actually called me. He communicated regularly, let me know straight up the results and explained it all to me. Is also willing to answer questions from my contractor."

"Samuel was great to work with. After completing another remodel project where I was not overly happy with my architect, I began reaching out to find a one for a new project. Samuel was great throughout the entire process, listening to what we needed, providing options and doing live editing sessions. Will 100% be using his company again for my future projects."

"I hired them to get an irrigation system up and running that was winterized by the prior tenants. I just purchased the house in January and it is my first rodeo with lawn sprinklers so they got it up and running. Only issue is programming no literature was left with the unit and technician left left with no hints."

"My husband and I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Gray Rock Landscape & Construction! From start to finish, they were wonderful to work with. They listened carefully to what we wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and helped us create a patio that turned out even better than we imagined. We absolutely love the final results! The quality of their work, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. We would highly recommend Gray Rock Landscape & Construction to anyone looking for a company that truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier with our new patio!"

"Did a great job, on time & at a very good price. Paul was very easy to work with and cared about the quality of work and materials he used. I would highly recommend Lucky Star Construction."

"A nine foot wall was expertly removed, and all that involved such a complex project was handled with care and skill. The work was done with excellent detail, and completed before expected time. We would gladly hire them again."
