"Came to my project site quick and gave me a detailed description of what will be done , and also gave advice on how to help with the project like designing it for a budget friendly price for when we hire contractors to do the job , he had the architect plans drawn and approved asap with no flaws or re dos , the plans were approved right away at the town hall permits , couldn’t be happier and the price was no where close to what others were wanting to charge for less service and help, he stayed and helped us design our rental kitchen and bathroom with his ideas and it just made sense to use his design , you can tell he’s experienced and knowledgeable, and agian the price is best you’ll find , 5 stars will definitely use when I need an architect again."

His design integrated the new room beautifully into the existing house and it looks like it was always there.  All of the builders who bid on his design remarked how detailed and complete his plans were. "I am very impressed to deal with Emil . The work went very professional and fantastic eventhough not completely done 100% but I am sure will come beautiful more than we expected. Very seldom now to find someone honest and professional gives advice to save some money and less money for him. Emil is available seven days a week to answer any question or concern. All crew's working from bottom of their heart like this is their own house with using technology tools to do the Job. I can't thank them enough for what they doing so far .they came yesterday very cold weather to do the work, even my neighbors told me that your construction crew's working every single day. "We had LallyGone come in and remove a load-bearing wall for us as part of a larger remodel. We knew that there would be a post-required to support not only the new beam, but an existing steel I-beam that terminated in the same spot. When we opened everything up, it became apparent that in order to adequately support both, the post would need to be much larger than we initially thought - if we simply posted the new beam. We got George on Facetime so he could see what was going on and he worked in real-time with his crew to engineer a solution that not only brought the size of the post back in line with everyone's initial expectations, but actually improved upon the existing post which did not have adequate blocking underneath. The changes recommended and implemented to my plans ensured my Town would issue a building permit. The Town had rejected my initial drawings and required its review and approval by a structural engineer or architect.
