Get matched with top architects/engineers in Fort Lupton, CO

"I enjoyed our first meeting—in which Chuck asked good questions and listened closely to my answers—and after seeing the early sketches I decided to go ahead with the project. Chuck began by exploring the existing house, making measurements, studying details, and doing numerous sketches. His enthusiasm for the project was encouraging. We collaborated frequently as he developed detailed plans and had them professionally reviewed. The plans moved easily through the permitting process, and they impressed the contractor and his subs once work began: I heard many times that the architect’s drawings and notes were more clear and complete than those they are used to working with. Chuck stayed involved throughout the project, helping me make decisions and offering creative solutions to the small difficulties that arose."

"Office promptly called to schedule an appointment. Engineer was knowledgeable, pleasant, and provided the service we requested."

"Amazing experience with Chris at Rock N Block, he was extremely knowledgable in creating the plan for our side-yard which was sloped and full of rocks, the space is now immaculately constructed and well used. Luis and his crew were very diligent in their work and extremely polite. Id recommend them to anyone!"

"Working with Dave and Mike was wonderful. They put in a lovely paver patio in our backyard, with Hot Tub and Fire Pit as well as some custom built privacy fencing. What I appreciated was that they did the job right. The way it was engineered I feel confident that the water will disperse properly, and that this will last for a very long time. Communication was high, and the layout before work started was well executed. They also were prompt and finished on time. Will definitely enjoy working with them in the future."

"We had a great experience working with Vital Architecture and highly recommend her. For Little Village Childcare, she helped us save money by confirming certain landlord requests were not required by code and securing a waiver that saved space and costs. She also reduced civil engineering expenses by preparing the playground drainage plan herself. During construction, she provided extra support at no cost and helped us handle contractor changes wisely. For another church childcare project, she identified zoning issues early so everyone understood the risks. In Colorado Springs, she warned a tenant about higher plumbing costs required by childcare regulations, helping them avoid a bad lease. For an adult care project, she reviewed the food area and explained new kitchen and ventilation requirements. Carmen is knowledgeable, thorough, and truly looks out for her clients’ best interests."

"They have been very helpful with our situation and have moved it along quickly. They completed the drawings, architectural stamps and the permitting for us as well."

"From the start I knew Ryan was the right person, because he called me, the only one of the engineers that actually called me. He communicated regularly, let me know straight up the results and explained it all to me. Is also willing to answer questions from my contractor."

"I hired them to get an irrigation system up and running that was winterized by the prior tenants. I just purchased the house in January and it is my first rodeo with lawn sprinklers so they got it up and running. Only issue is programming no literature was left with the unit and technician left left with no hints."

"Great Ideas for how to finish an awkward space and provide a multi-purpose beautiful room! Custom cabinets were designed and installed - just lovely. All the finishes were meticulously installed -- drop ceiling is gorgeous and practical; veritical board walls and trim are lovely; and closet and storage space is both spaceous and designed to match the rest of the room. Paul was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We adore his skill and craftmanship. We would gladly hire him for any job and refer him to friends any chance we get !!"

"A nine foot wall was expertly removed, and all that involved such a complex project was handled with care and skill. The work was done with excellent detail, and completed before expected time. We would gladly hire them again."
