Comment: Last year the HOA sent a foundation co. to make repairs on my unit. I told the engineer for the company and the HOA I did not have any problems but they tunneled under my unit and made repairs. Now my walls on both sides of unit have sheetrock coming loose and my my interior beams both upstairs and down is pulling loose for the sheetrock. I am not the only Condo in this building with new problems. According to their engineer my roof is loose and cathedral celling is the cause all these new problems.
