"Valerio was great to work with, he really helped me execute ideas I had for an open concept floor plan and brought fresh out of the box ideas to help me achieve my ideal space. Heâ s very timely, flexible and makes sure youâ re comfortable with all the steps along the way. Highly recommend him."

"I hired Mr. Csak as a consultant to advise me on structural improvements for my home. He did an excellent job. He had a very organized approach. We walked the exterior of the property first and along the way he pointed out all the key issues. Then we did the same with the interior. Louis didn’t just focus on the site of the proposed improvements but he evaluated the entire property, so that he could give me reasoned, detailed advice about my project. He understood the big picture, but he also got down on his hands and knees to take very precise measurements, when necessary. He was very focused on my safety in the home and made sure to test for radon, even though that was outside the scope of the engagement. Since Louis is a professional, licensed engineer you are getting someone with deep technical expertise who also has years of practical applications. Louis is very honest and forthright. He is a true pleasure to work with and I would use him again. I recommend him most highly."

"Doug Cutler is a very professional, experienced architect who was incredibly responsive. He has an engineer in-house, which made the process of our kitchen renovation even easier."

"Super responsive and helpful. Came out within a few days looked at my project (removing load bearing wall and identifying partion walls), and submitted stamped plans within a couple of days. Quick , easy ,simple. Pricing was similar to other engineers I spoke to."

"Adam is a pleasure to work with. Great communication, excellent workmanship, and he knows his stuff. He does quality work, and makes sure the project is built strong to last."

"We are very happy with Lou. Not only is he very professional and pleasant, he actualy advised us on a number of aspects of home renovation. We were especially impressed and appreciative that Lou didn't just walk away after delivering his drawings, he kept in touch and followed up on the contractor's work. As a result, some crucial issues were picked up and remedied. Also, Lou is very straightforward and honest. He doesn't charge a fee to come out and scope out the work for an estimate (unlike others who contacted us) and his rates were very reasonable. We would highly recommend Lou."

"To be honest Im dealing with a complicated district and I was kind of frustrated that my project was handed off to a new person but Raegan Hammon was the most patient, kind, professional and efficient Architect I have ever had the pleasure 🙏 of doing business with. Thank you for placing my project in her very capable hands. Forever grateful Leilee Keppard [*** Link removed ***]"

"Peter was fantastic! We love our front porch and beautiful back deck. He strengthened and straightened everything that needed to be so we feel safe and up to code. We modified the deck design slightly and moved the stairs to the other side. He took care of the permits for us. We had a maintenance issue and he squared us up with that as well. His team was professional and they cleaned up after construction daily. We highly recommend him, and are thinking about another project with him in the future!"

"I was searching for an architect on Angie’s list we’re building a new house in Newington, Ct Roger Greenwald popped up in my search. Roger called me the next day and we booked an appointment for him to come out to the property. He asked us what we wanted and designed the house for exactly what we needed. My mother is an elderly woman, Roger very patient and answered all my mother‘s questions. He wanted to design the house to what stage we were in our life and what would work for us. Roger is extremely knowledgeable in what he does, he returned every phone call every email immediately or within 24 hours. The house he designed was just absolutely beautiful it was everything we wanted. The blueprints were ready within two weeks if not sooner. Roger Greenwald Architect is FIVE STAR I highly recommend him. Once my house is fully built I will come back and upload photos"
