"Zachary was our Architect and interior designer for our whole house renovation and additions. He was excellent and couldn't recommend him more! He made a temporary home into our dream home."

"Sid is very pleasant to work with. He is prompt, answers emails, tolerates even silly questions. I would definitely hire him again if I needed an architect."

"Great experience, quick results. Great feedback from building inspector-Many times we do not fully recognize the value a design professional provides to our projects. In this case, I see the value far exceeding the cost in that it provides a clear scope to the depth of the project, allows for accurate materials and time analysis, and limits the probability of inspection failure due to unforeseen factors. It is a comprehensive plan that allows for ease of review and approval."

"Robert was super professional and was able to come over to my condo in a timely manner so that we can get a structural report to knock down a wall for our housing association to approve. Robert is awesome and I would recommend him to anybody who needs any structural engineering work on any renovations that they are doing to their own home."

"Doug & Zachary have helped up multiple time on projects, Always making it seamless with all our needs for Building & Zoning!!! Highly Recommend. DOUGLAS CUTLER ARCHITECTS Rick j"

"Douglas Cutler Architects helped me every step of the way. They did NOT disappear as soon as I paid for the plans. They helped guide the builder and made minor changes painlessly. I highly recommend them plus my house is gorgeous!"

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
