"My wife and I were considering having some remodeling done to our house but we were not sure how it would all work. A friend recommended we hire an architect or draftsman to help with the ideas. We submitted the request through Angie's and found Richard from iCornerstone. We live in Tyngsborough and he came to our house from Weymouth and spent the day measuring everything in the house and provided us with an outstanding renderings and diagrams of our house from all the floors. We didn't have any original drawings and neither did the town wit details. Richards work was exemplary and nothing short of outstanding. He really knows his stuff and he kept in contact the entire time. We asked for the changes and he made them to a second diagram with a 3D layout we could show to the contractors for the remodel. I highly recommend Richard and iCornerstone for any of your needs."

Ryan and his team remodeled our kitchen in 2018 and we knew right away that we wanted them back to do our master bathroom. "After purchasing our home, we needed to install additional lally columns in our basement as the main beam was being held up by temporary jacks. Unfortunately, as new home owners and not understanding the level of work necessary, we hired a handyman to do the work. The result was work that was not to code and had to be redone. Initial assessment was done in the Fall 2018. Bill came on time and evaluated the site. I had already provided a stamped engineering drawing on the work, which simplified the work great. Work was scheduled for late January, early February. Bill was in continuous communication as the start time changed due to a prior project going over. Work started mid February and took about 2 weeks. The crew was prompt and professional every day. It was obvious they look at our house as if it was their own. Work was completed on time and without any issues. I would strongly recommend Perry Brothers and will look to them for future projects."

"The workers came on the appointed day with a longer ladder, as suggested.    Terry called to ask if he and an assistant could come by earlier than the original appointment time because they had finished work scheduled in the area earlier than expected; that certainly worked for me.    He surveyed the roof, took pictures and reattached a loose shingle that had fallen into the gutter.   Terry showed me the pictures of the roof from many angles; they showed no other repairs were necessary at this time.  Terry asked if there was anything else that required attention, but nothing else was immediately apparent.  He gave me his card and explained that the company does general contacting work.  
I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency shown today and won't hesitate to call MMP Construction in future if I need general contracting work done.
