"I couldn't have expected a better service, and that's after using several engineers in the tri-state for past work. This engineer also goes above and beyond. He is meticulous, honest and very responsive. He was truly a pleasure to deal with. I will absolutely be using him again, and I wholeheartedly recommend him.

"Mr. Schwartz arrived on time, and provided a thorough examination and assessment of the foundational errors that exist in my reconstructed post-Superstorm Sandy home. He spent much time explaining the soil report and how to interpret it, and going over the blueprints for the house. His report arrived 2 days later. Overall, he was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone requiring the services of a design engineer."

"We got AFM from Angie's list and are very happy that we found him. Anthony was professional and obviously knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and made very reasonable recommendations for a reasonable price. If we need an engineer or house inspector again, he will be our first call."

"Juan Medina is an exceptional engineer. He helped me design a dormer, house structure and was my inspector for DOB from start to finish. He is competent, generous, and professional all throughout. He made the entire process as simple and painless as possible. A reasonable and trustworthy engineer is hard to find and I would encourage anyone to use Juan Medinaâ s services."

"Neil Schmelkin was very professional and a skilled engineer. He was helpful by offering authentic comments and concerns. We highly recommend his services."

"Eddie was great to work with! We had a limited time frame to adhere to town inspections and Eddie and his team knew exactly what we needed and quickly got the job done. The results were great and even the inspector acknowledged the impressive repair. They were able to put a knocked out garage wall back on the foundation and repair the interior dry wall. I would recommend this company for any professional contract work due to their reasonable price, ease to work with and quality of work."

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."
