"I enjoyed our first meeting—in which Chuck asked good questions and listened closely to my answers—and after seeing the early sketches I decided to go ahead with the project. Chuck began by exploring the existing house, making measurements, studying details, and doing numerous sketches. His enthusiasm for the project was encouraging. We collaborated frequently as he developed detailed plans and had them professionally reviewed. The plans moved easily through the permitting process, and they impressed the contractor and his subs once work began: I heard many times that the architect’s drawings and notes were more clear and complete than those they are used to working with. Chuck stayed involved throughout the project, helping me make decisions and offering creative solutions to the small difficulties that arose."

"Excellent service, good price and very expedient. I would definitely recommend for structural engineer services"

"Cedric and Design Exteriors did a fabulous job designing and creating my new backyard space. I found them easy to work with, especially given my budget. I have a plan for when I can do more and still have a wonderful backyard to enjoy now."

"What a great experience. Can't say enough , good about the way we were treated and the job that they did. The attention to detail was fantastic. Not often do you have a great experience from beginning to final completion of the project? But this was it!"

"We're 8300ft, so spring starts a bit later than below. Life eventually warms and Honest Hands comes up to give our office flower beds a spring clean-up. Weed pulling, leaf removal, etc. They added more mulch and hauled away the debris. Last year included more pruning of our lilac bush and overgrown rose bushes. They came up a couple times over the summer for the different projects. I'd definitely recommend Frank D. and Honest Hands for your landscaping needs! ~Richard B."

"We had a great experience working with Vital Architecture and highly recommend her. For Little Village Childcare, she helped us save money by confirming certain landlord requests were not required by code and securing a waiver that saved space and costs. She also reduced civil engineering expenses by preparing the playground drainage plan herself. During construction, she provided extra support at no cost and helped us handle contractor changes wisely. For another church childcare project, she identified zoning issues early so everyone understood the risks. In Colorado Springs, she warned a tenant about higher plumbing costs required by childcare regulations, helping them avoid a bad lease. For an adult care project, she reviewed the food area and explained new kitchen and ventilation requirements. Carmen is knowledgeable, thorough, and truly looks out for her clients’ best interests."

"From the start I knew Ryan was the right person, because he called me, the only one of the engineers that actually called me. He communicated regularly, let me know straight up the results and explained it all to me. Is also willing to answer questions from my contractor."

"Good set up for irrigation"

"Samuel was great to work with. After completing another remodel project where I was not overly happy with my architect, I began reaching out to find a one for a new project. Samuel was great throughout the entire process, listening to what we needed, providing options and doing live editing sessions. Will 100% be using his company again for my future projects."

"I hired them to create plans for an apartment building. The process was quick and painless. Cost was good. The plans are full complete abd ready to take to builders for quotes. I will definitly use them again."
