"The project went great. Peter is very professional, super knowledgeable, responsive and timely. The plans were done on time and there were no problems with the city review. They answered the questions the contractor had during the construction. Couldn't be happier with the whole process. I thought it would be more difficult than it was. Thanks to Peter and his team we feel very safe with the new addition. We are planning on putting a second story on our house (when we can afford it) and we will absolutely use Peter.

"Pristine Construction handled everything from design, city permits, construction and any extras we needed.  Pristine has a crew of employees and they only take a limited number of jobs so they can provide quality service to their customers.   They usually deal with referrals by former clients and are constantly busy.  Once we met Nathan and saw his level of commitment, Pristine is well worth waiting for!!
Nathan Moses provided the design.  He spent 3 hours with us at the appliance store to select the bathroom hardware, he spent an hour with me at the window store selecting windows and doors and he spent about 2 hours with us at the tile store selecting tile for the bathrooms............all about 1 1/2 months before we even began the project.  They only had a $1000 retainer and he spent all of this time with us!  This is the level of commitment you get with Pristine!
As with any older house you can expect the unplanned or unexpected.  We had to replace the sewer system because it was leaking,  fix broken drainage pipes and add french drains but at each step, Pristine said, "No problem" and had a worker on site the next day.  We didn't think the AC was strong enough to cool our western exposure bedroom, Nathan had the AC guy out the next day talking about solutions or removing our reservations.  We thought the room needed a third coat of paint in one room, no problem.  Everything was perfect.
As I mentioned above, Nathan Moses and Mike Malka are fantastic.  Mike will be onsite every day once the construction moves 'inside'.  We were fortunate to have both Nathan and Mike come to the site every single day that workers were here.
Pristine took care of the architect plans, city permits, inspections and coordinating everything.   Sharona would call every day to tell us what was going to happen the following day so we always knew what to expect.
We decided to add a spiral staircase and deck on top of the bathroom, Nathan researched and found comparative prices for the staircase.  We ended up going with a company because we just connected with the owner from the start!  It turned out to be a friend of Nathan....should've known!!  Another advantage with Pristine is you pay direct for the tile and appliances using their contractor's discount and don't get charged an additional 20% as some contractor have done in the past.  Why should I pay 20% more to the contractor depending on the cost of a bath tub?  Pristine doesn't do that!
Their work is outstanding! and they stand behind the work  For example, I selected the tile for the shower nook and Faustino spent hours putting it together but once done, I didn't like it at all.  The Pristine team says, "We want you happy."  He came back on Sunday, took out all the tile and manually cut small pieces based on a custom design I drew and didn't think twice about making it absolutely perfect!!  Amazing teamwork and wonderful group to work with!  (And we weren't charged extra!!!!)
You will love their work, their staff and entire team of professionals.  There was never a disagreement or negative response.  The team has a positive attitude, great work ethic and outstanding results.  We hesitated for 15 years about doing this room addition because we heard terrible remodel stories!!   If only we knew about Pristine Construction but sure glad we were referred.  They are the best!
The cost that I listed above is for room addition, additional closet built in master bedroom and guest room, new addition walk-in, complete remodel guest bath, new AC in 4 rooms, new sewer line, city permits.

"Amir is amazing contractor. I would highly recommend him as he is there to actually help you in any project based on my analysis of him and his company. I'm am using him for my next project because I trust him. Not everyday you can that in the construction world."

"My residential construction project was abruptly put on hold when a city inspector required a survey to verify the property boundaries. Unfortunately good surveyors are in high demand (at least 4 weeks out), and Voorheis and Voorheis was no exception. However, after discussing my job with Jeff, he thought he'd be able to work it in very soon between other clients. Jeff patiently answered my questions, and I ultimately felt confident to hire them for the survey. I was really happy with their thoroughness and professionalism, and ultimately the city inspector was satisfied and approved our setbacks. Thanks to Voorheis and Voorheis for getting my project quickly back on track with their excellent and timely work!"

"The landscaping and landscapers did a fantastic job. Never was pressured to do more than I wanted. Their ideas suited the needs of what I asked for."

"Excellent experience again with Alpha Structural. Charlie Rosenkranz came to see the 3-story apartment building in West Hollywood. We discussed what the soft story retrofit plans will likely include. He's knowledgeable and experienced. We appreciated his professional no-pressure approach and answering our questions. Alpha performed an exploratory investigation of the support structure, as architectural plans were not available. They engineered the plans with city approval. They then consulted with us and provided the approved THP (Tenant Habitability Plan) paperwork. Production Manager Dave Schlaich and Job Supervisor Seth Price met me before construction. Dave went over the approved plans and explained the work that would be performed, and the purpose. They both answered all my questions. Lawrence and Antonio were the main work team. They were very pleasant and answered all our questions. Both had great explanations with Lawrence being very detailed. Seth provided timely progress reports by phone and text. He answered all questions, and provided contacts for automatic shut-off gas valves and stucco work. Despite Covid-19, they scheduled and passed inspections, and completed the work in under a month. We've seen projects by other companies stuck in limbo for months with no progress, so we chose Alpha to avoid complications. They removed all debris, and left the property clean. The tenants and neighbors had no complaints. Daniel Aparicio also explained various issues. Communication with everyone, including the office staff, was excellent. We're very pleased with this experience."

"If you?re here looking for an architect, look no further. Francisco is the man for the job. He helped us with a garage to ADU conversion. Francisco kept us informed and communicated with us throughout the entire project. He was very professional, helpful and patient. We had tons of questions and he had the answers. He is very efficient and great at his job. We would hire him again with no hesitation. Thank you Francisco for making for making this process a breeze!"

"After having remodeled our kitchen several years ago, we had KN remodel our master bathroom. Great guidance, from the construction stuff we don't understand to the aesthetic discussions we much appreciate. Done on time, and with great clarity around the billing. And the crew was great -- neat, thoughtful, on time, helpful. A big thumbs up."

"We did a full remodel of our place, full new kitchen, and expanded our place into the backyard for a new master suite. Pac Sands did a really great job with our designs. Great tools that made the communication easy with the plans and changes we needed. And they handled the engineering and permitting too, which was great. Highly recommend."

"Motti and team were excellent to work with over the project timeframe. Motti is on top of his team and constantly making sure they are delivering top quality. I am a demanding client looking for top quality and he delivered. Will use him again in a heartbeat."
