"The work Erdelyi associates did is great, but communication and timeliness were lacking. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact throughout the project - it just seems my project was handed off from one person to the next with no continuity and I had to proactively reach out for updates."

"I am sorry it has taken me this long to write my glowing review of Pristine Construction! They completed a kitchen remodel for us in February and we are thrilled with the results. In the past we have had some nightmarish experiences so we were reluctant to take this project on. But after reading all the positive reviews and meeting the team in person we moved ahead and we are so glad we did. From the start, Nathan patiently worked with us to draw up the plans, scope of work, budget and timeline. His expertise and suggestions made all the difference in ensuring we made the most out of the space we have. He met me at the tile store to select the backsplash, he has a good eye for design and style. Once the project got underway Mike was on site overseeing their own personal crew for flawless execution. Mike also lent his expertise in helping me to select final touches like drawer pulls, kitchen faucet and lighting. The crew were courteous and neat. Every day I received emails or phone calls from Emma in the office updating me on what was happening, who was coming and going, when payments were due, etc. I felt completely looped in and reassured at the overall coordination of all the people involved. This is a top notch company. The project was completed on time and on budget. We are thrilled with the results. Even my children's friends remark that it looks like an HGTV remodel! Nathan and Mike are honest, detail oriented and very professional. It was a pleasure to work with them. We would recommend them to anyone and already have!"

"AK engineering did an excellent job in structural design of our custom modern house. Amir is very professional and responsive and worked closely with our architect and us. He made himself available for job site visits and questions and his design was efficient and cost effective."

"Amir is amazing contractor. I would highly recommend him as he is there to actually help you in any project based on my analysis of him and his company. I'm am using him for my next project because I trust him. Not everyday you can that in the construction world."

"Jeff was great to work with! He responded quickly to my inquiry about needing a survey, his crew who came out to do the survey was very friendly and provided me with a lot of information, and his price was extremely fair for the work performed. I highly recommend this company, and have even passed along his information to my architect to refer clients to in the future!"

"Hutch was professional and personable , easy to talk to about my design for front yard. His experience in design suggested minor adjustment of my idea/drawings but willing to landscape any way of my preferences. His contract was thoroughly itemized and didn’t add any additional “surprise” costs. Payments were installments as project progressed. Hardworking Crew stayed on expected timeline. Hutch came by every day to supervise progress of our landscaping. Our front and backyards were transformed from weed fields into beautiful landscaping. Removed weeds and unwanted plants, prepped surface, laid weed barrier and installed Artificial turf in backyard, laid pavers and stone walkway. Transformed front yard into rock riverbed surrounded by plants accented with boulders, and installing drip system. Planted border shrubs and a rose garden. Lined walkway and rose garden with pavers matching our flagstone. Our sewer line needed realignment which Hutch arranged to be repaired. Other company estimate quotes were either vague, didn’t itemize, or way over priced. Offered a few addresses for us to drive by to see his actual work which helped us on our decision to work with Hye Turf Design. I would highly recommend Hye Turf Designs. Thanks Hutch !"

"Excellently well! Sandy helped me coordinate the inspection expediently. We were on a tight timeline and she pulled some strings so we could get the inspection done in time. Our inspector/structural engineer, Erinn, was personable, thorough, knowledgeable and timely. I highly recommend him and Alpha Structural!"

"If you?re here looking for an architect, look no further. Francisco is the man for the job. He helped us with a garage to ADU conversion. Francisco kept us informed and communicated with us throughout the entire project. He was very professional, helpful and patient. We had tons of questions and he had the answers. He is very efficient and great at his job. We would hire him again with no hesitation. Thank you Francisco for making for making this process a breeze!"

"One of the best experiences I have had with a company.  Nathan, the Project Manager, was very kind, and went over all aspects of the project.  He called to follow up as the project progressed.  His crew was polite, professional, and on time.  He quoted me an approximate finishing target date, and was within two days of his prediction.  After completion, he came back, and went over the project with me to make sure everything was as it should be.  I would highly recommend Nathan, and his company to anyone.  Charne` P."

"We did a full remodel of our place, full new kitchen, and expanded our place into the backyard for a new master suite. Pac Sands did a really great job with our designs. Great tools that made the communication easy with the plans and changes we needed. And they handled the engineering and permitting too, which was great. Highly recommend."
