"Pedro is a very professional Structural Engineer. Very knowledgeable."

"My uncle just had finished his project on the house, so I asked him how was the experience with the contractor and he said it went really good! I contacted Alter Construction and explained in few words about the project. Cynthia asked the right questions and when Eli came he already had all the information. Now that everyone is working from home I had to have a dedicated office. Eli asked if we had an architect or an engineer, we didn’t so he provided those services as well. The nice thing was that we could see the final design and the materials even before we started the project. Me and my wife are working all day from home and taking care of the kids, I just didn’t had the time to manage the project. So that was a such a huge relief to be able to trust them with that. This was our first project and for us it was really big, and they took all our worries away! The communication was exceptional, considering we are always busy from meeting to meeting, so the only way to communicate was through emails or late evening meeting. They adapt to our necessities. I’ve worked with many people before and Eli definitely set the bar high up with work quality, availability and most importantly, honesty. We will definitely keep recommending Alter Construction to our family and friends!"

"Exceptional professionalism. In-depth measurements. Critically valuable information. Patient responses to my questions and valuable insight from the engineering department."

"Working with Ash was a pleasure. He was very open, honest, trustworthy and courteous. Ash was able to explain a lot of the processes. he looked at foundation bids that I had, and recommended which companies had great plans and which companies were just out to sell extra unneeded foundation support. I would recommend Ash to anyone needing an Engineer for foundation issues, structural issues and for test and reports needed for insurance purposes"

"Kamal was extremely helpful in surveying the structural integrity of our dock. He went through immense detail to outline everything that needed to be repaired and was very efficient in getting it back to me for our broker in the sale of our home. I highly recommend Alaska engine engineering!"

"Abel came out quite a distance beyond his usual service area to my home to look at the job. Abel showed
up to do the work just as he promised, and right on time. His crew got right to the tasks required, and completed the job just like we agreed. I will use him again in the future and do not hesitate to recommend him to others.
